Hi, my friend attempted to setup a dual monitor but he messed up on something. When he turns on his computer it shows the loading screen but right after that the screen turns black and nothing shows. Any help?

unplug one of the screens from the computer and reboot

what os and can you get into safemode

Hes running on xp 64bit, and he can reach safe mode

so i assume it works fine is safemode

go to device manager and uninstall the video card when you rebooot it will reinstall and set to default settings
