Looks ok to me as well.

My only concern would be the wireless setup, but as long as it's only used for system updates/browsing and not media streaming (Hulu, Netflix), it shouldn't be an issue.

...and yes, I realize this may be your only option.

Edit - Missed the Adesso keyboad. I have the WKB-3000UB and while connectivity is not an issue, keyboard key-mapping is. What I mean is if I type:

abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz

If the keyboard goes to sleep (which it does after a few minutes of non-use), it reverts to an incorrect key-mapping like:

abcdefg45-ijk67890stuv0123

A quick FN+NumLock reverts it back, but it is annoying and I've gotten little response from Adesso.

Now, you're getting a different keyboard and it probably won't be an issue. I'm just letting you know my experience with Adesso.

LOL that would drive me crazy.

Is this just purely a media PC? If so, I would go with an Athalon 5050e and a 780g board instead, and drop the CPU cooler. No reason to overclock an HTPC, the stock heatsink will be fine.

Enermax makes great PSU's, but i think you may be paying more for that one than you need to. I would just get a 300-350w seasonic PSU, since you will be using an IGP and a power-saving CPU.
