Overclocking i7 2600K, which temperature software is more accurate?

Stress testing my Core i7 2600K @ 4.5 ghz gives me a max of 71 C on RealTemp over several hours. Readings from CPUID HW Monitor however give me a max of around 66 C. Which is more accurate? Seems to be a significant difference of 4-6 C on every test
