Is it possible to run phase change cooling 24/7? Does anyone have any experience with phase change cooling? and if so, How much maintenance is involved in running it? I was looking around and found this unit here...Although costly, It looks to be worth it as it also cools the GPU. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Yeah, it's possible.

But you also need keep in mind the condensation problems, with rig temps under ambient temps you start to get that and that can kill components. Other thing is the power use, a phase change cooler use a lot of power, more if you use it 24/.

Check this page: http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=80 you can find a lot of information there about extreme cooling.

Keep in mind that you will need RAM heat sink for the GPU because that block only cover the GPU processor.

IMO, a phase change is good for bench and overclock, but bot for running 7/24.
