The best PMW fan for Asrock Fatal1ty motherboard?

I have a Very hard time with my little knowledge of cooling finding a Fan that would work fine with My pc
I have gone from trying to pick the best fan to that most of the fans i want is not PMW and i should get pmw
i think i need a fan that motherboard can controll from CPU and been told my motherboard only controll fans using 4 pins hence i need PMW fan

So as for heatsink:
Megahalem or Super mega , which is best what is difference?
and Silver arrow (the later come with very good 140mm pwm fan but SA is a bit big for my system... i think)

As for fans i dont want cpu fan controlled by fan controller since i have to check it manually more often (have lamptron fc6)
i want cpu fan controlled automatic so when i game fan faster when i not fan slower.
I want it done easy..but anyway an engineer is helping me build the pc...

For fans i was first recomended megahalem+scythe gentle typhon or noctua
but GT or noctua is no PWM so of no use... noctua would have to be run at 100% all the time dont want that.

Recently i have been recomended Coolermaster sickleflow is that a good PMW fan not too noisy and reliable?

I recently discovered Evermax appolish and they Look simply amazing
but i think they thermal controlled so they have a sensor and i heard thats not so good?
cause the sensor limit is normaly set very high and fan will run too slow much of time ?

Is better have PMW fans and make motherboard read temperature from cpu and controll fans as it fits ?

So what option do i go for.

I also been told i could buy this:
http://www.dealextreme.com/p/smart-cooling-fan-speed-co...

And this will turn analog 3 pin fans to be controlled by 4 pins motherboard

Thing is i dont feel like importing all way from china
Beside how do i get Evermax appolish out of my head now ?
i feel like i want to buy that fan but...as i said is thermal controlled
so i might be vasting the money ....

my system:
HAF-X with i7 2600k on a Asrock fatal1ty P67, G.skill 2x4gb ripjaws X mem, asus xonar essence stx, 1 Crucial SSD, 1 tb WD black caviar HDD (will get another one) , Corsair 850hx running windows 7 Pro 64 bits

Don't buy CM Sickleflows they aren't PWM or quiet.
Use a Scythe FDB fan for the Megahalems.
Scythe Kama Flex SA1225FDB12H-P
Scythe Slip Stream SY1225SL12H-P

i dont think that one is PWM but i think is not same reference number
it say P/N: SY1225SL12M

Are there any Led CPU PWM fan that are silent?

Please somebody i have a question
Is it good option to buy a prolimatech supermega or even silver arrow BUT... put Enermax appolish vegas 140mm fans on it?
that fan is no PWM right?
but i still se many people using it

Ok found Enermax with PMW
T.B.Vegas Trio is exactly like Apollish but with PMW and you can change between 3 led lights also a little silent (for being a led fan)
ref: UCTVT12P

What if i get a Prolimatech megahalem + 2 Enermax vegas Trio 120mm fans
that would be the best?

That's a very good fan Gilga and actually the best fan Scythe makes imo it has the perfect balance of airflow and noise.
The M at the end means medium speed.
H means high speed.
L low speed when referencing Scythe fans.
Finding pwm led fans is going to very difficult.
Don't know of any.

I honestly have no idea i've never used one and reviews are non-existent.
Kinda pricey too!

There exist reviews but i have yet to found a complete review

however in this mini review for vegas duo and trio they say

"Both fans are very quiet and unique looking. They have exceeded our expectations in the problem of noise, as they are silent during operation, especially if you set the RPM to low setting. The build quality of the fans is top notch, and comes with standard accessories you'll need. They have medium air flow but the real advantage is that they ar extremely quiet. When we say silent, we mean SILENT. The design is also impressive and tops in dark conditions, due to the LED combinations. The manual RPM control is also a big plus. We would not consider them budget category, but they are both really worth the money."
