Bios update?

just put a q9400 cpu in my lenovo k300, was wondering if there is any bios update?
previous cpu was a e5700

Why are you asking us? Look and see what bios you have, and look on Lenovo's site and see if its the most recent one.

Are you having a problem??
Unless the Bios update corrects a problem (ie cpu support), or adds a specific performance improvement, normally skip the Bios update.
For this do as 4745454b suggested, go to the manuf website and if newer, read what was updated - if none of the Improvements apply, skip it.
