I wish to run a RADEON HD 4670 on my ASUS P5KPL-CM motherboard ..however its having a pci express 1.0 slot and the card is 2.0.

Even though 2.0 is backward compatible. will the extra bandwidth provide any noticeable difference (such as less lag) for games running at 1366x768 (lcd tv)

PCI-E 2.0 will not provide any difference in performance with that card. :)
