Wind XP joining to domain

Hello,
my question is that my fellow worker has a laptop and connected to one of our companies wireless access point. he is not yet joined to companies domain what i have to do i have to share HP Printer installed on My PC with sharing status,please tell me how i will join him to domain and share that printer

You need winows XP Pro or higher in order to join a domain. If he has XP home, he is out of luck.

You shoud still be able to share your printer via "file & printer sharing".

If you have a domain, you should have someone who administers it. Check with them about joining the laptop to the domain as well as sharing out the printer. You'll need to get PC names, IP info maybe, setup user rights on the share. Your IT department can handle all of that.
