I'd go with the HIS version for it's dual slot cooler. Generally, the 1GB versions are slower as they have a slower memory speed. The power color 512MB is likely a better value though. The best 4670 is really the Sapphire version with GDDR4, but it's priced too close to the 4830 to recommend it.

200 units??? I would go with the MSI 512mb unit, it will fit more PC's then the dual slot which will narrow options for some people.

as a GPU, the 4670 is too slow to take advantage of 1GB ram compared to its 512mb sibling.
