Are u running this off the same unit, just different OS's?
Are u running SP3 on xp?
Have you tried a troubleshoot..?

I use my notebook that running W7 to open it directly without card reader_no problem
Yes running on SP3 on XP.
I did use the smaller capacity 512 GB on this card reader and can be open or viewing on XP. May be the card reader not support the mention card which is only 2Gb.
It's confirm because using another pcs of card reader which same type & model got no problem to open it. I wonder why the former cannot use on larger capacity although it's same kind of the latter which i bought together. Any idea to make it read larger capacity?

hmm... you haven't had this in a Mac at any stage have you?

You mean using apple computer! No 'I'm not using any apple computer.

Next I will post another queries as new topic regarding the after log in window. Please comment if you had solution.

Recently after my XP restore back using Recovery that store in another partiton & update to latest service pack. After shuttting down pc, the next start pc log in as another user which account is limited, window pop up telling that "The data required by Compact Connections is still engaged by user Compaq_Owner. Do you wush to proceed here or shutting down the other sessions"? Any idea for solution?

I know if you pull out a External Device of any sort while XP is finalising data on that device it can corrupt the File Allocation Table for that device..

This can shorten the amount of data on that device (If your Lucky)

Or in most cases.. just stop it from reading altogether... however sometimes you can still see it in computer management.

No solution.. just things to keep in mind.
