I just bought a new laptop and it has the intel integrated graphics media accelerator x4500hd. On the system requirements for Halo 2 it says NVIDIA 6100, ATI X700, or above. I am Just wondering if the Intel GMA X4500HD is equal or better than the NVIDIA 6100, ATI X700. Thanks

the 4500 performs better than those 2 other cards but that doesn't mean it will allow you to game on it. Some 3D games will just not "want" to play or function with integrated graphicse because they're written for higher videocard specs. However, Intel says you can Halo Combat Evolved. Halo 2 isn't on the list.

Do you have a customer satisfaction return policy on the laptop? Many laptops capable of gaming with the NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT or the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 aren't anymore expensive than those with the Intel 4500HD.

^+1. I would not buy anything with an Intel Graphics Media Deccelerator in it if I wanted to play games. There are too many better choices available.
If you have a requirement for battery life, however, you may need to accept some tradeoffs, or get one of those APC battery pack add-ons.
