Need some (Alot) advice...

Hi all.
This is my first rig build alone. Last one my Dad helped,will did it and i just paid the bill. (lol)
but he past away on Mothers Day so now i need to do it solo. I do know a few thing but my problem is the parts i need. I have been going crazy and now i need advice. its going to mostly be for FSX and Vegas pro 9. and other newer programs.
here is what i have so far. any other suggestions on parts would help me alot.

Drop the I7 950 for a 920....overclock the 920....

Considering you didn't even post your screens resolution but just a random graphics card we can't tell you if its enough or if its the smartest purchase either....considering you also didn't even post us your budget....

Unless you have a 7.1 sound system then you do not need a sound card.....

At this point without resolutions or an exact budget your just off wasting several hundred dollars for not much if any of a performance boost and more gpu power the nneeded......

Are you only going to be playing FSX? might want to get a little more specific on what you want to play and at what detail levels etc...

FSX i would like the graphics to be maxed out. along with the new games that will be out.

Monitor is a FHD2401: 1920x1200 Resolution but i am thinking of a new monitor

No speakers or sound yet (Suggestions)

Budget is $4,000

Case seems to be out of stock and manufacture.

Mobo will run either SLI or Crossfire, so no worries there.
