SLi and PhysX?

Can two cards in SLi (say two 9800GTXs or GTX260s) run Sli and PhysX at the same time?
Or would you have to disable one to do the other?

i think they can do it at the same time, you don't need a dedicated Physx card. Dedicated physx would only be really necessary if you don't have much frame overhead so you offload the physx by having dedicated physx.
