POJFL is compressed Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

Hi, I ticked an option to compress files and folders on my Acer Aspire 7730 running Windows 7 and now when I try to start it up I get a message
'POJFL is compressed
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart' and it will go no further.

Can anyone help!

Deselect the box that says Compress this drive to save space.

Is that the exact message? Does it come up in a black boot screen or after Windows tries to load?
