Hard drive swap

Is it possible to swap out a HD from a dell PC to a non dell pc with the dell OS minus the drivers.

Hard drives don't require drivers (only the SATA or IDE controller does), so you shouldn't have any problem moving a hard drive to or from a Dell or non-Dell PC.

However if you're talking about moving the OS drive to a different machine, that can be a lot more problematic, because the different machine will likely have a different chipset, etc. - and those will require different drivers.
