Motherboard selection

I would like to know, ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO or ASUS M3N-H/HDMI best suitable for my Phenom II X2 550 BE processor...??
Please Help.. Currently i'm using ASUS M3N-H/HDMI with 2x2GB Corsair XMS2 800MHz DDR2 RAM. If i'm to upgrade to ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO, i've plans for 2x2GB Corsair 1333MHz DDR3 RAM.
Not looking for 790 chipset. Coz, it'll cost double the price of ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO.
