IO error on verbatim flash disk

Hello,
how can i fix my verbatim store and go 1gb flash disk. When I try to copy stuff on to it i get an error message. IO error error the destination does not exist

Does it see the drive OK aside from that error? Can you copy files from the drive? Tried another computer? If you can't copy files to or from the drive, and you tried it on another computer with no success, the drive is bad.
