The simple way is going to Bios during Boot, and raise the FBS. If it's in 200mhz, raised it to 215mhz and check temperatures. Have in mind that you Ram speed will increase as well as your HT and NB will increase. However, Can you add some details like, What is the multiplier for CPU, NB, HT and Ram? That you can check in the BIOS.

Like you said I raised fsb to 218 after that it wouldn't accept overclocking
Following are my system's specs

Name AMD Sempron 140
Core Speed 2942.7 MHz
Multiplier x FSB 13.5 x 218.0 MHz
HT Link speed 1089.9 MHz
Stock frequency 2700 MHz
Core Voltage 1.472V

Northbridge NVIDIA GeForce 7025 rev. A3
Southbridge NVIDIA nForce 630a rev. A2
Memory Type DDR2
Memory Size 1024 MBytes
Channels Single
Memory Frequency 363.3 MHz (3:5)
NB Frequency 1743.8 MHz
Stock Cooler

Is there still any chance to get more speed?
and THANKS cronos177 for replying. I really appreciate.

Well I did a little research and seems that Mobo Have very limited Options on overclocking (references: http://static.highspeedbackbone.net/pdf/e4438_m2n68-am%20se2_contents_web.pdf and http://www.overclock.net/amd-cpus/746933-amd-athlon-ii-x250-processor-3-a.html ) Try this Out: First Lower MemClock Value to 266mhz[4:3 i think or 3:4 or x1.33] as shown in page 32 of the mobo manual. Then, Increase the FSB to 250mhz, and (IMPORTANT) Lower the CPU multiplier to x12 { that would be 12x250 = 3000mhz check if stable and TEMPS} if it is increase the CPU multiplier to 12.5, 13 ... check stability and temps. Hope it works. Remember to check temps

Well, I tried all the FSB and multiplier combinations and tried to lower Memory clock value like you said. But it wont work. Max frequency I get is still 2.94MHz. What should I do?? I really want to push the processor to 3 GHz+
