Blocking sites

So my stupid sister got a virus while trying to "hack" someones facebook, so I had to use System Restore,
but now I want to block every site except Facebook, you tube, and some forum. I'm using Avast (free) and Comodo Firewall, can somebody explain me how to block everything without manually entering URLs?

install family safety thing from Microsoft, http://home.live.com/allservices/

Then set that only sites on the allow list are allowed to be used.
