I need tips on cpu cooling and overclocking

1st of all my PC Build:
AMD Phenom ii X4 965BE 3.4GHZ.
4GB DDR3 RAM
Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 5770
PSU cooler master GX-550W
Case cooler master 430 Elite which has got 2 120 MM fan one intake and one outlet....
as the AMD CPU cooler(at normally 44 degree Celsius 7k RPM) makes noise like a jet engine i would like to change it with a after market one which has 120MM Fan in it and which will reduce temp. at low as possible plz suggest one....

1) With cooler master hyper 212 cpu cooler how much i can over clock my cpu safely???
2)temperature drop with after upgrade??

- yes very safe and always keep your temperature when fulload test stress must below 57C
- aftermarket cooler more better than stock cooler it can drop temperature and make your CPU cold

whatever results your overclock get lucky to 4GHz or above the most important thing is to stay below that keep the temperature (57C) at the time of testing. This is the most very important. keep cool bro
