I do plan to overclock and I am unsure on which MOBO to buy. I know its all preference, but any specific feedback on these motherboards is greatly appreciated.

GIGABYTE GA-MA770T-UD3P AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail $79.99

MSI 770-C45 AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail $79.99

ASUS M4A78T-E AM3 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail $129.99
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

The components

Phenom x4 955 BE
OCZ StealthXStream OCZ700SXS 700W
G. Skills 1600 DDR 3
XFX 4890 GDDR5 1GIG 256 Bit
500 Gig Western Digital + 80 Gig, 50 Gig (from this computer. used as storage like)
Scythe aftermarket heatsink with Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound (should I take the grain method or the spread method?)
HP DVD/CD Burner

Any opinions or thoughts on what kind of path I should take? Both $79.99 is appealing because its cheap, but It limits me from ever wanting to crossfire if I got a hold of another GPU. The $129.99 has that OC switch that I wanted to test out, instead of using ClockGen or BIOS.

Ha ha, why would I sell my 4890? I haven't even been able to use it. $300 bucks for a video card just because its DX 11? Theres no point. Most of the games I play aren't Dx 11 ready.

But thank you, I just realized I can't CrossFire with a 700w power supply.
