2500k safe voltage

Ok I have a 2500k and a asus p67a-g45 mobo it's oc to 4.5 ghz and in the bios it's at 1.310v and CPU-z says 1.320 at idle and when I game it goes up to 1.336 and i was wondering if that's safe and not going to shorten my CPU life span a lot. If I lower the voltage anymore than that i get bsd. Also I was wonderig if I can just increase the turbo boost to 4.5 and leave the idle speed at default. Thanks for ur help

My recommendations for keeping Sandy Bridge happy in an everyday overclock:
1. Peak Prime95 core temps 75ºC or lower.
2. Peak CPU voltage 1.4v or lower.
