So a friend just won that 24" 1920 x 1080 display at a raffle (talk about lucky!). Now he's wondering what graphics card to get for the gaming rig he's planning to build for the monitor. So should he get a GTX 275 or an HD 4890? Or should he get something more powerful or weaker?
