Hi Guys i have a basic question

I have bought a new computer A Packard Bell iPower g5800 desktop

It has 1 terrabyte of Hdd. Split into 2 drives 'C' and 'D' drives with about 500 gig each.

Is there a way of telling whether there is two phyisical hdd drives or one without opening the case?

Start Disk Management:

- Start -> Righ-click "Computer" -> Select "Manage"
- Click "Disk Management" in the left pane

Scroll down the the bottom of the middle pane. If the "C:" and "D:" drives appear inside the same rectangle (labeled "Disk 0", for example) then they're on the same drive. If they appear in separate rectangles (labeled "Disk 0" and "Disk 1", for example) then they're on different drives.
