I'm building a new gaming pc and I'm going with an all black scheme, but I'd like to add some color by adding some blue uv fans by Gelid. (I will add a few uv cold cathodes to bring out the color in the fans :))

My build (I haven't purchased any of the items yet):
cpu: intel i5 2500k
cpu cooler: thermalright silver arrow
mobo: GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD4-B3
gpu: sapphire radeon 6950
case: corsair 650d
memory: corsair vengeance 8gb
psu: corsair 850ax

This is what I plan to do:
-I want to add 2x 140mm UV Blue Gelid fans on top of my corsair 650d. (They will be exhausting air)
-I will add 1x 120mm UV Blue Gelid fan on the rear of my 650d (exhausting air)
-I will also replace the stock fans on my thermalright silver arrow and add another 2x 140mm UV Blue Gelid fans. (push/pull method)
-I will leave the stock 200mm fan on my 650d that is in the front of my case. (this will be the only air intake I have, which is really my only option).

My concerns:
-By removing the stock fans on the thermalright silver arrow and adding 2x gilded fans will I Change any performance of the cpu cooler significantly?

What I'm trying to achieve from all these fans are a nice contrast in color between the all black scheme and uv blue fans. What I am worried about is if I will have a significant amount of heat increase on my cpu by replacing the thermalright silver arrow stock fans with the blue uv gilded fans.

I'm a total noob (this is my 1st build). Please excuse my noobness :)
We all had to learn at some point.
Pls tell me what you think.
p.s. sorry for the long post, i just wanted to be as thorough as possible.

It's always nice to mod your case with lighting if that's what you like.
But i would have a hard time replacing the TR TY-140 PWM mm fans. http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/coolers/display/140mm-fan-roundup.html
I would find a use for them elsewhere in your case.
You would also have no problem selling them = i wouldn't.
That being said at least your choice of Gelid fans is a very solid one.
The 140mm Gelids aren't PWM which isn't a big deal and are 900rpm which is similiar to the TY-140mm 900~1300RPM.
