OK, here's the deal. I have ADSL connection at home. It connects normally, and works with usual speeds, but if I run bittorrent or eMule, it sorta freezes, the speed goes to 0kB/s (upload and download) not instantly, but after a 30-60 minutes and I cannot do anything about it, but restart, or disconnect and reconnect after five or so minutes, when it works again. I have tried different network adapters, and I connected to the internet with my other computer and it worked normally, so it isn't an ISP problem.
Edited by roklipni on 05/30/04 05:08 PM.

OK, I've figured it out on my own, since noone had any ideas. It was ZoneAlarm! I uninstalled it and it works now.
