Black Screen with Cursor, Ctrl+Alt+Delete doesn't work. After updates.

Running windows 7 build 7600, no SP1.

Here is the list of updates that got installed.

I'm functioning via safe mode at the moment, so I would really appreciate a fast answer.

I've tried the shellfix.reg, fixshell.exe, and I've also tried disabling my graphics card drivers (That were updated several minutes before)

Unable to uninstall them because i can't uninstall things in safe mode.

Also, no restore points, And I have tried F8 -> Windows Repair.

Currently burning a windows 7 install disk to repair as well. Hopefully that'll do the trick.

UPDATE; Found the fix to uninstall and install stuff in safe mode, currently trying a repair of Microsoft .NET Framework 4. Then I will attempt to uninstall the updates after the fix. Wish me luck!
