Hello,
I am having big problems with MS Office and Outlook 2003. The Problems have been Storage memory problem and reply and forward keys not working. I have tried to do a detect and repair through office and removal of office through Add and remove and reinstall. I have used there resource program as well as using revo and can not remove the old version of office to do a clean virgin fresh install to eliminate the problem. I load the disk and do a new install and it pulls up all the garbage and I am still with the same problems. I have done this four times and it is maddening. I need to know what files to go after to remove all traces of the corrupt version of Office Pro 2003 so when I reload the disk I am loading the virgin clean non corrupt Office Pro 2003…..
One thing I would like to add is why Microsoft did not included a real full Add Remove program that actually 100% removes all traces of Office so a clean install can be done?
