Use some third party software, like adobe reader, Classic PDF or may be some other, that will not only help you in copy pasting the stuff as well as it will allow you to edit any part and make any type of changes in the pdf according to your wishes.

PDF Reader does not allow you paste any content on your existing PDF files, some time PDF files are protected where copy functions is not allowed i would recommend using this tool if your PDF file is locked - http://www.unlockapdf.com/

You can use the PDF Copy Paste software, first draw a rectangle area around your desired portion and then click the Send to Microsoft Word icon on the tool bar, later you will see your desired portion is now copied and pasted to a Microsoft Word window.
