I want to know if i should get a New GPU or new CPU heat sink and over clock more.
What would be the best for a performance boost when playing Black-Ops and starcraft II?
and what CPU cooler or GPU to get -- 75$ and under?
Oh and i have a 9500gt 1gb passive cooled but with two fans zipped to it @ 650core and 425mem. and a AMD athlon II 425 @ 3250Mhz with stock heat sink.
--Thanks for the help :D

PS i would like to have a crossfire GPU if thats the best route because my Mobo is crossfire.

well for 75$ i don think there will be any good gpu out there to replace your current one. Secondly overclocking your processor may give you only a few extra frames. so there isn't much you can do with that. I would definitely suggest to save up some cash and then entirely replace the gpu with something good. please specify the wattage of the psu as that will determine whether you can crossfire or not.

I think that you have a good answer, and I'm going to save up and get something better.
I have a 550W PSU With a separate 12v rial for PCI power. I think I can do crossfire with it. what GPU do you recommend?
I see you have a 5850 how good is it?

5850 is damn good. I've oced it too 900/1200 mhz and I am able to max out crysis 2 on 1680x1050 or crisis 3d at 720p. So that should give u a good idea. Glad to help.
Secondly for 550w u can either power a card like 69xx or 5xx. If u insist on crossfire then I would suggest picking up a midend card. For best comparison u should read the tomshardware best gpu for the money articles. They cover an indepth price to performance comparision. Lastly always buy a card meant for one step higher performance. This will ensure futureproof and allows u to max Out. Eg my card was meant for 1920x1080 but I run it at 1680x1050. Hence it helps me to play even the newest games at high details.

I only run 1280x1024 and am going to get a 5670 because it is double the power of my overclocked GPU, and il get another 5670 and crossfire them for even more preformance.
