Duplicate Name Exists On The Network error in xp?

I am receiving the error a duplicate name exists on the network every time i boot my windows xp.

I have 3 pc's running on win-xp. they all r connected to dlink wireless *** wired port dir 300 router. network is without a domain.

they get ips via dhcp. all 3 pc's are showing the same error on boot up.

i googled n came up with the same solution of changing computer name,computer description which i already did before posting this question but it is of no use.

even after changing computer name,adding computer description n even tried changing work group of but on boot up i get the same error.

what might be the reason? please guide.
