Hard Drive vs DVD Sata Cable

So, I upgraded my case from the HP Slimline Case to an Antec Three Hundred, and much to my dismay, the SATA cables are too short (like 6 inches). I went to buy some longer ones, I noticed that the only SATA cables I could find were labeled as hard drive cables. I took a look at the cables I have and noticed that one says 300w and the other says 30w. Someone please help.

This is a sata cable :

if the latches don't look the same then it is not a sata cable.....

All SATA cables should work fine with a DVD/CD drive.

Not all cables with have the latches on - but it is worth getting ones that do, I have had problems in the past with unlatched ones coming loose.
