Specs:

4gb g-series dd3 ram ( 9-9-20)
gts 250 superclocked edition EVGA
i5 -750 1156 @ 3.3ghz
- 1.12V
HAF 922 Case
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 1156

Temps:
Cpu : 45-50c ( Idle) 55-60(load)
GPU: 40-60c (idle) 70-105C(load)

My fan setup:
one big (200m) intake fan at the front
one big (200m)intake fan at the top
intake 120mm fan on the side of the case
back fan is exhaust
the psu is exhaust
(bottom of case)

( is it worth keeping the psu face up because when the fan is face up my 8-pin motherboard power cable doesnt fit so I only plug in the 4-pin and when its facing down im able to plug in the 8-pin?)

Any advice to get the temps down?

My i5 is oced to 3.3ghz the voltage is 1.12V , C1st is disabled , turbo boost is disabled , E1st is disabled as well. Everything else is set to auto.

Where are you getting the load temperatures on the GPU and what program are you running to get them?

You could get an after market GPU cooler. You need to make sure that there is nothing close to the air intake of the GPU so it can create a good air flow.

Im worried about my temps at general since my i5 is at 49C idle , and 61c max in games.

the bottom psu fan is exhaust , should I flip it so the fan has no affect? the top fan and side fan blow directly at the gpu and cpu.

I overlooked your top fan as intake. It should be exhaust, actually the main exhaust. Flip it around and you will definitely see a drop in temps.

Helpful tip. I tried to 1up the post.

I have similar setup as OP. Will check to ensure fans are setup as my rig is running on the hot side, but it could just be German housing lacking ac.

OK... this is for dbonetrain and darkdevilr... the best fan setup in a Haf 922 would be the below

Intake
Front - 1 X 200mm
Side - 1 X 200mm or 2 X 120mm
Bottom - 1 X 120 or 140mm

Exhaust
Top - 1 X 200mm

Leave the rear exhaust open with out a fan...

PSU fan should be face down drawing air from below and blowing through rear...

The objective is to get positive pressure inside your case... that is have more intake and less exhaust... the general idea is that warm air rises to the top which needs to be exhausted so pumping cool air from the bottom, front and side is ideal... positive pressure will push the excess air through all gaps and crevices (like the open exhaust vent at the rear)...
