Phenom IIx4 955 be problems

Hello,
i overclocked my processor to 3.6 ghz with 2400mhz ht link.i often used asus turbo boost to get to 3.8 ghz to play games smoothly.i also overclocked my igpu(ati radeon hd 3100)to 950 mhz(stock~350 mhz).now the problem i am facing is after i set the processor and igpu's speed to stock,i still get problems like a blue screen appears many time and it says "a hardware faliure has been detected and windows has been shutdown to prevent damage"and at the last line it says"dumping of memory -100%".i also cannot install aplications and games until i get my processor's clock speed to 800mhz i.e. 200*4.Please help!
nd i overclocked my processor for atleast a month.
system specs
AMD Phenom IIX$ 955 Black Edition(c3)
ASUS M4A78LT-M LE
2*2gb pietek 1333mhz ddr3 ram
XFX ATI RADEON HD 4670 1GB DDR3
Windows 7 ultimate

i cannot find your Ram pietex* , is theram have Heatsink...?
overclok with IGP ... very very hard ,
- first check your ram by memtest86+ one by one
- if all clear go default
- from default any still problem...? if have problem clear Cmos !
- u have XFX 4670 and you must disabled your IGP
- keep NB at 2000

yes i disabled my igpu and my nb is at 2000 mhz now.

and ram doesnt have any heatsink

just test your ram .with memtest, just check !
you just overclok cpu via multiplier don't use FSB, always keep temperature below 55C

Clear Cmos ... and then go bios disabled IGP just it
