Antec 300 case AND EA500 PSU
You are asking for trouble getting a cheap PSU. You can get away with less wattage, but this is a pretty good deal. A far better case. 91 bucks
OR
Antec 380
If you have to have that cheap case, at least get a quality PSU. This one will supply more power longer and won't blow up. It's also more efficient and will save on the power bill. It's enough for your 4670, but no more.

Biostar board and AMD CPU
Better deal. Don't shoot yourself in the foot, get the fastest processor for the price.
