Just got 2 2GB Corsair DDR2 800 to replace the ram that kept my mobo from posting. I installed one of the sticks and everything works perfectly, however when I install the second stick, no post. What should I do?

Specs:

AMD Phenom X4 9950 Black-Edition
Corsair XMS2 4GB (2 x 2GB) 800
Radeon HD 4870 512MB DDR5
900W Apevia Warlock
MSI K9A2 Platinum Mainboard
Windows XP SP2 Home

Are they in the right slot?

Yes they are in the correct slots. I tested both sticks one at a time to make sure it wasnt just one of the sticks but they both work fine. Its only when I put them both in that my system doesnt POST.

Voltage is most likely the problem. When you get it booted with 1 stick, enter your BIOS and raise the voltage to 1.9, or maybe even 1.95, shut down, put the second stick in, reboot and see if it works. While you are there check to make sure your BIOS has set all the timings correctly for the memory you have.

I put the voltage to 1.95 and still no success. I'm pretty new when it comes to messing with the BIOS so I don't really know how to adjust timings...

Since you say this is replacement memory for other memory that did not work either, it is starting to sound like your motherboard has a problem.

try playing with other slots if you have empty ones. And if you sure that memory sticks are ok, it could be that your mobo has issues.
