it will work, the board has a PCI-E x16 but its kind of an older board
what CPU do you have? it may bottleneck the card
what power supply do you have? The 4850 x2 needs a good amount of power
what about your RAM?

I have a similiar setup. Make sure you have a atx 8 pin plug on your psu. Mines didnt but it seems to be working with the 4pin plg. I bought a 2 4850 1gb and put them in Crossfire.

It will work but a couple of points of caution: The cooler puts a fair bit of heat into the case, make sure you have good airflow, because this card runs hot, even with good airflow.
It is a physically large card, nearly 12" long, will it fit your case?

Your PSU has the correct connectors so as long as you are OK with the other points I have made...Enjoy the new card, mate.
