Does anyone know how to enable NCQ on Windows 7 64-bit....My MOBO is an ASUS M4A89GTD PRO/USB 3 my drive is the G.Skill 60GB Sniper ....Also which drivers would apply for AHCI on this board and SSD as the disk that came with the board did not have the drivers for this SSD as it did not recognize any of the drivers when I tried to install them from a flash drive. I think I have also compromised the performance of my SSD by formating it...I formatted 3 times already....Formatting does damage the SSD right? Please any feedback on these issue would be greatly appreciated.

Are you askign about this: http://smallvoid.com/article/winnt-sata-achi-ncq.html, download the drivers from the web not from the disk. Don't set anything before you have the corredt storage system drivers and chipset drivers.

NCQ is in the firmware of the drive, and has been around for a very long time (since SCSI days), you don't need to set anything in Windows. Formatting does not damage the SSD but since they have a limited read/right duty cycle on the memory, you are shortening the life span.
