1100t-want 4.5 out of it- Which cooler if any?

I want to overclock my 1100t saftly to 4.5g i have heard of this being possible but I have no clue as to which cooler to choose. I know one had the Noctura Nh-D14(i believe that is right-the big big one ) I just dont know if i want that thing in my case i know it will fit. What else are my options. The H70 or maybe the Kuhler 920, how cool would it be to say "my pc is liquid cooled" i just wouldnt tell them its the cheating way. Should I go air or liquid I dont want to build a liquid system becuase of possible leaks. What do you guys suggest?

antec kuhler 920 and d1-4 just different 2 degree C in 4ghz , higher Noctua D-14 :

Whatever you choose, ensure it will fit. The Noctua D14 is freakin enormous.

The 902 is a midtower. I had to modify my Antec 900 to fit the Thermalright Ultra 120. It barely fits the Spire Thermax. Check for clearance before purchasing. And I don't think there's any cooler that will guarantee a 4.5 Ghz OC. Your mileage may vary as they say.

I think 4.2 is attainable with that CPU. Part of it will depend on your motherboard, a lot of it the particular CPU, and part of it will be skill.

You will need water cooling and extreme voltage to have chance of 4.5GHz.
