Hello,

I have an integrated NIVIDA GeForce 8200 graphics card and was wondering if it would be able to run 2 monitors at the same time with each displaying a different window.

No. You can get a video card with 2 ports and do that.

Try connecting one to the VGA port provided and the other to the HDMI port(if present) using HDMI connector or HDMI to DVI converter.
