im looking to build a computer, not for gaming but just to browse the web on and occasionally watch some videos with no lag. i may even want to watch some hd video files as well as i have my computer hooked up to my tv. im looking for a build in the 300-400 dollar range, nothing fancy but i just need to upgrade from what im running on now, i need everything But an OS


APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: In the next week

BUDGET RANGE: $400 or less

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: watch HD movies, internet usage and basic school apps

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS (I have XP home that I can use and save ~$80)
