On Crysis (High Settings, 1920x1200), I only get about 20 fps on average. Is this what I should be getting? If that is the case, then what should I do to get higher fps? Should I get another card and SLI? That would involve me buying another mobo because my current one only has one PCI-E slot. So, is it worth it? Or is there some other way for me to raise my performance without spending too much money?
Its your gfx card, too weak for Crysis, which humbles the best at times, and your resolution is too large for the card, need a better card

If I were you, if you can wait til the newer cards come out, possibly as early as Sep, then wait, if not, a single more powerful card will get you more money when its time to sell for the next gen, and trying to sell 2 9600s , well you wont be getting your money back, and have to sell both

I would still OC the CPU with a newer card...and I'd also think about replacing your PSU. It's 500W, sure, but it's also a raidmax. They aren't known for quality power supplies.
