yes please i had a problem with my cpu it started making sound from the hard disk and it wont start up so i changed the hard disk and it wont start up even when it say start windows normally andi select it remain at that point what do i do

This new disk how did you load windows on it?
Did you clone it?

well the truth is i took it out of one of my systems which was not ok and replaced it with the one on the said system and it starts to the point where it says start windows normally and from then on it remains like that

If the system is different it won't work because it has different drivers.
You'll have to reload windows.

Windows and all of your data is stored on your hard drive. If you removed the hard drive and put one in from a different computer without reinstalling windows, you will not have a working computer.
