i bought a new hp laptop
and i started to make a recovery disks but when it collecting data it recieved 50% and then stopped and give me the following screen

canceling in progress

recovery disk creation will resume where you left off in this process the next time you start the program



any help please

I have also faced the same problem of recovery disk creation with hp laptop model no. dv-6 1237ca. Please someone or hp perosnnel please fix the problem.
