so as I pointed out in an earlier post my sims2 and uni discs were
originally registered by my son who passed them on to me. He can't
remember his registration details so I tried registering the games
myself but because it is an electronic registration it just gets to
the number then says this number is already registered. I can't get
past this point.
any ideas?

I had the same problem when I got my game. I got it from my son who had
already registered too. Luckily I knew his password (he uses the same one
on everything) and we put our heads together to figure out what his username
was, lol. I guess we officially share the space there I wonder if they have a password retrieval system using an email address?

Well, all's well that ends well. After I found the bit where you
contact them on that website I received an email containing a brand
new serial number for the games, so it's a final well done to them.

Cool!! I just found the place too and submitted a question to see if I can
get my own account instead of piggybacking on my sons.
