Question about OCZ revodrive

I was looking at the specs of the revo on OCZ's site:

Something bugged me, it says that it as internal RAID0, does this mean I need to enable RAID mode opn the motherboard?

Internal RAID features shouldn't need any MB settings. In fact, the text at the bottom of your links says in part: "note that due to limited option ROM space, it is often not possible to use the RevoDrive while the Onboard RAID Controller is enabled on many motherboards. "

Oh, I didn't check the small print, thanks for that.
I realized that it also says some mobs do not support pcie boot. Is this common among motherboard, and if so which motherboard classes support this function ?
