Taskmgr keeps popping up until computer is unusable

Hello,
TASKMGR keeps popping up until computer is unuasble. When you end the process, it just starts up aagain. Is there someting in services.msc that makes it restart?

Task Manager doesn't do that on its own. You likely have a virus or some malware that's causing it. Have you run a virus/spyware scan recently?

Agree with prior comment re possible infection. Also can try a boot
into safe mode and quick run of System file checker.
