Recovery of hidden folders.urjent please help

i made some folders as hidden and asked it to hide those files.later when i am asking it to show hidden files it is showing none of the files and moreover option is set back to do not show hidden files automatically?how to recover

You are in the XP forum. I have a fix for your problem if you are using Windows XP.

Download a tiny file and run it to fix your show hidden files and folders problem in your registry.

Download, run, click Yes to the question if you want to merge into your registry.
Go back to folder options and click to show hidden files and folders and it will work again.
