Is gigabyte ga g31m-es2c compatible with pc8500 memory?

im planning to buy kingston hyperx ddr2 800 2x2 kit but for just a few more i could buy these 2:

For plug and play, get pc6400 if it's cheaper, or go for a rebate offer. Newegg had some ocz with heatspreaders for $70 after rebate recently, but they may have sold out.
