Hi everybody,

I had a dout,I have an ASUS P5KPL AM/PS mobo, and the doubt is : does my motherbord bottlenecks my pc's perfomance if
i upgrade my processor to a core 2 duo or a Quadcore, and a highend gfc card like gts260 or an hd 4890!It supports 4 gb
ram,now i had 2gb ddr2 800MHz, So does it bottleneck my pc's perfomance?

No. Just be sure your board bios version supports the new cpu. And be sure your power supply can handle a new video card. I use only antec, corsair, pc power and cooling, enermax, ocz, or seasonic with a good video card. Otherwise, you'll have problems on high resolution settings.

ASUS says it supports Quadcore and Core 2 Extreme,But i don't upgrade to a core 2 extreme i dont have money for that! So definitely a Quadcore!
When coming to psu,I will only buy a CORSAIR PSU, i think corsair and seasonic are very same!when gfx card i will go for a XFX HD 4850 or Higher
coZ i have a samsung 2233sw 1080P LCD monitor

Again thanks for ur reply!

I AM HAPPY NOW!
